Who operates this service

Pulsework AI is a service of Apex Trade Group LLC. We operate this OpenReply installation to manage our connected Instagram account and deliver resources that people request in comments or messages. Data we process

For authorized operators, we store sign-in email addresses, sessions, workspace settings, connected Instagram account identifiers, usernames and encrypted access tokens. Through Meta's APIs, we process account information, posts and reels, comments, messages and related delivery events that Meta makes available to the connected account. This may include the sender's Instagram identifier, username, message or comment text, media identifiers and timestamps. We also process available account insights and follower counts.

Campaign settings, webhook payloads, delivery records and operational diagnostics help us run and troubleshoot the service. If a resource uses an OpenReply tracked link, we record clicks, a hashed IP address, browser information and the referring page to measure resource usage.

How we use data

We use this information to sign in authorized operators, connect our Instagram account, match resource-request keywords, send requested private replies through Meta's APIs, manage conversations, prevent duplicate replies, understand campaign results and troubleshoot errors. We do not sell Instagram data or use it to train AI models in this service. Requesting a resource does not subscribe you to an email list.

Access and security

Instagram authorization takes place with Meta; OpenReply does not collect your Instagram password. Access tokens are encrypted in the application database, browser connections use HTTPS, and operator sign-in is restricted to authorized email addresses. Essential session cookies support sign-in. These measures reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers and sharing

Meta provides Instagram account access and message delivery. DigitalOcean hosts this installation, including its database and message queue. Resend delivers operator sign-in emails, and Cloudflare provides domain DNS. Authorized Pulsework AI operators can access service data to operate and support it. We may also disclose data when required by law. Links to resources hosted by Google Drive or other services are governed by those services' privacy policies when opened.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, campaign and delivery information while it is needed to operate the service, handle requests, prevent duplicate delivery or resolve security issues. This installation does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period. Operators can disconnect the Instagram account in Settings to remove its stored connection and associated campaigns. Separate diagnostic or webhook records may remain until removed.

You do not need an OpenReply account to request access, correction or deletion of data relating to your Instagram interactions. Email samuel@pulseworkai.com. See our data deletion instructions for the information needed to locate your records. Meta may retain its own copies under its policies.
