Data Deletion
These instructions apply to Pulsework AI's Instagram automation through Orion Social-IG and OpenReply at openreply.pulseworkai.com. You do not need an OpenReply account to make a request.
Request deletion
Email samuel@pulseworkai.com with the subject OpenReply data deletion. Include your Instagram username, the Pulsework account or post you interacted with, and an approximate date so we can locate the records. If you operate a workspace, include its name and use your sign-in email address. Tell us whether you want a particular interaction or all identifiable data relating to you removed. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
What happens next
Pulsework AI reviews these requests manually. We may ask you to confirm control of your email address or Instagram account before disclosing or deleting personal data. After verification, we remove the applicable records from this installation and confirm completion, or explain any information that must be retained and why. Relevant records may include comments, messages, webhook payloads, delivery logs, campaign records and linked click data that we can identify.
Disconnecting an operator account
Authorized operators can sign in, open Settings and select Disconnect. This removes the stored Instagram connection and its associated campaigns. It is not a request to delete every separate diagnostic or webhook record; email us for that. You can also remove Orion Social-IG through Instagram's Apps and websites settings to revoke its access.
Scope
Apex Trade Group LLC operates this service as Pulsework AI. Deletion here does not delete your Instagram account, posts or copies held by Meta or another resource provider. See our privacy policy for how this service uses data.
